AhlulBayt News Agency: Mawlawi Faeq Rostami congratulated the Islamic Ummah and the noble nation of Iran on the occasion of Eid al-Adha, the festival of bringing hearts together, and stated: "God Almighty has granted these Islamic holidays to the Messenger of God and the Islamic Ummah, which have not been granted to any prophet or nation before."Mawlawi Rostami added: "This indicates the closeness and status of the Islamic Ummah in the presence of God Almighty. First, the blessed Eid al-Fitr, which follows the Nights of Qadr and the worship and servitude to God Almighty, was bestowed upon the Islamic Ummah, and then Eid al-Adha was granted to the pilgrims and Muslims after the performance of Hajj."
This Sunni scholar emphasized: "The land of Mina is a land of loyalty, attention, and divine closeness. Both aspects, namely Eid al-Adha and Hajj, are centers of revelation, unity, mercy, and the descent of the Holy Quran. Therefore, Eid al-Adha, where Prophet Ibrahim accepted God's love over the love for his son, represents a source of mercy for all of humanity."
He stated: "If we consider Islamic holidays such as Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Mab'ath, Eid al-Adha, and also the great Congress of Hajj, which is a massive gathering of the Islamic Ummah, we see how much God Almighty emphasizes the issue of unity."
The prominent scholar from Kurdistan noted: "We must value this, as in this great congress, where the Islamic Ummah gathers from every color, clothing, race, skin color, language, and various physical, spiritual, and linguistic differences, we observe that God Almighty has gathered everyone to recognize one another so that the unity of the Islamic world can take shape."
He concluded by emphasizing: "If we look at the favors and commandments of God Almighty in the Holy Quran, we see that all are for the recognition of one another and humanity. In this regard, the unity and solidarity of humanity have been a focus of God Almighty so that they may know each other, live well together, and strive for unity and solidarity. Therefore, it is the duty of the Islamic Ummah, wherever they may be, to recognize one another and create unity, empathy, cooperation, and solidarity to strengthen the power of Islam and support one another."
