AhlulBayt News Agency: Mawlawi Gholam Haidar Faroughi congratulated the Islamic Ummah on the arrival of the sacred month of Dhul-Hijjah and highlighted the importance of worship during this period.
He emphasized that the global Islamic community demonstrates a profound act of unity and strength through the massive gathering in the plain of Arafat and the observance of Hajj rituals.
Mawlawi Faroughi likened the Islamic Ummah to beads of a rosary, always interconnected, supporting one another, and collectively performing the sacred rites of Hajj, a symbolic representation of unity among Muslims.
The director of the Al-Sadiq Seminary pointed out that God Almighty bestows His grace and mercy upon this grand assembly, making Dhul-Hijjah a month of the most significant acts of worship. He noted that the Prophet of Islam frequently referenced the virtues of this month in his narrations and hadiths.
The Sunni scholar further emphasized that the congregation of the Islamic Ummah in one place, immersed in an atmosphere of kindness and brotherhood, is a clear testament to solidarity and collective harmony.
In conclusion, he underscored that the closeness fostered during Hajj allows pilgrims to purify their hearts, remove spiritual impurities, and strengthen their connection with one another and their faith.
