Palestine’s health ministry warns of humanitarian crisis amid Gaza hospital siege

Israeli forces have besieged the Indonesian Hospital in Beit Lahia, Gaza, injuring patients inside due to gunfire. The Palestinian health ministry is calling for urgent international intervention to protect medical staff and civilians trapped inside. Doctors warn of worsening humanitarian conditions.

AhlulBayt News Agency: Dr. Munir Al Bursh, Director-General of Palestine’s Ministry of Health in Gaza, announced on Sunday that Israeli tanks and bulldozers have surrounded the Indonesian Hospital in Beit Lahia, northern Gaza.

He described the situation as part of the ongoing genocide, accusing Israeli forces of carrying out military operations with American support.

According to Al-Bursh, several patients inside the hospital have been injured by Israeli gunfire in recent hours.

He warned that Israeli troops continue to surround the hospital, putting both patients and medical staff under extremely dangerous humanitarian conditions.

Calling for urgent international intervention, Al-Bursh urged the global community to provide immediate protection for medical personnel, patients, and the wounded inside the hospital.
