AhlulBayt News Agency: President Masoud Pezeshkian visited Grand Ayatollah Hossein Nouri Hamedani at a hospital in Tehran on Tuesday, accompanied by his Chief of Staff, Mohsen Haji-Mirzaei, and Minister of Health and Medical Education, Mohammad-Reza Zafarghandi.
During the visit, President Pezeshkian inquired about the senior cleric’s treatment progress and conveyed his wishes for a swift recovery. Ayatollah Nouri Hamedani expressed gratitude for the administration’s efforts and urged the health minister to prioritize sports and public health initiatives.
The Grand Ayatollah also acknowledged the challenges posed by adversaries seeking to obstruct the government’s progress, emphasizing his confidence that the administration will prevail due to the president’s sincere dedication to serving the people. Additionally, he voiced his appreciation for President Pezeshkian’s commitment to the teachings of Imam Ali (PBUH).
