AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): The Women’s Panel of the 6th International Al-Quds Congress, “Hasten to Al-Quds”, was organized by the International Affairs Department of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly in collaboration with the Qadimun World Assembly.
Hojat al-Islam Baqeri, the director of the Qadimun World Assembly, delivered a speech presenting a report on the International Congress of the Holy Quds. He stated that the congress commenced during the years of the COVID-19 pandemic and was held virtually for two years, with the participation of 70 scholars from the Islamic world, both inside and outside Iran.
He emphasized that the school of resistance is shaped by women and mothers, who cultivate it by sacrificing themselves and their children. “The foundation of the Resistance School begins in infancy, within a mother’s embrace, as it is the mother who nurtures and forms the resistance.”
The director of the Qadimun World Assembly stressed that the issue of Palestine is neither religious nor sectarian but entirely humanitarian. He asserted that anyone who values freedom must take steps for Palestine, as it is this sense of freedom that keeps individuals on the right path, ultimately leading to Imam Hussain (a.s.), the leader of the free.
Baqeri pointed out that during the great Arbaeen Walk, leaders of various religions and non-Muslim individuals are present, as Imam Hussain (a.s.) represents the path of the free, just as Palestine is another path for the free. “Anyone committed to the cause of Palestine, whether Muslim or not, Shiite or not, is inherently walking in the path of Imam Hussain (a.s.),” he explained.
