AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): The Women’s Panel of the 6th International Al-Quds Congress, “Hasten to Al-Quds”, was organized by the International Affairs Department of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly in collaboration with the Qadimon International Assembly.
Speaking at the event, Dr. Ruknabadi, Advisor to the Deputy for International Affairs and Head of the Women and Family Affairs Department at the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly stated, “The people of Gaza and Palestine, particularly Palestinian and Lebanese women, have truly gifted the concept of resistance to the world and have become the ultimate model of resistance, especially for women across the globe.”
She continued, “They cry out. But is there anyone who hears them? Why does the world not listen to their cries? Why does no one respond? A response means stopping the massacres in Gaza, Syria, Lebanon, and Yemen.”
The Head of the Women and Family Affairs Department of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly further noted, “Today, the Resistance Front has extended to all parts of the world, and its victims in neighboring countries have suffered severe harm. Throughout the past decades of struggle and conflict between Zionism and Palestine, the level of massacres we are witnessing today is truly unprecedented. Are they not human? Beyond nationality, religion, or ethnicity, this is a matter of humanity. Humanity is being annihilated.”
Dr. Ruknabadi emphasized, “We have sought to hold this blessed gathering to support and aid these resilient oppressed people; women whose cries have echoed through history. Yet, the rulers of Arab countries have failed to take even the smallest step in their support. Let us raise our voices, amplify their cries, convey their message, pray for them, and contribute to saving humanity.”
