English translation of book “Teaching Quran in Prophet’s Conduct” published

This work was written by Mohsen Rajabi Ghodsi, Mahdi Ghaffari Farsani and Hossein Moradi Zanjani, and it is translated into English by Ahmad Rezvani.

(AhlulBayt News Agency) - By efforts of the Islamic Research Foundation of Astan Quds Razavi, the English translation of the book “Teaching Quran in the Prophet’s Conduct” was published and released to the market.

This work was written by Mohsen Rajabi Ghodsi, Mahdi Ghaffari Farsani and Hossein Moradi Zanjani, and it is translated into English by Ahmad Rezvani.

The book teaches the Quran teaching and learning methods and provides an old subject with modern techniques. The idea and mission of this book is to revise the methods of teaching the Quran and their promotion in the Islamic societies.

The teaching of the Quranic language easy and pleasant for all age groups is of the hallmarks of this work.

Part of the introduction to this book reads, “A look at the current methods of teaching and promoting the Quran in the present era shows that planning and putting this vital task have not been based on the teachings of the Holy Quran and the conduct of the Holy Prophet (S.A.W.)”.

The authors of this work believe, “In fact, we have often tried to educate and promote the Quran more and better, but due to lack of understanding of the principles of teaching the Quran in the that holy book, tradition, reason and consensus, we have not achieved these goals and owing to the wrong methods that we have implemented in education, we did not understand it and we are not fond of it.

The ultimate goal of teaching the Quran in the Prophet's conduct is to learn the language of the Quran as a universal language and the means of communicating between God and the people to spread the divine culture of the Quran all over the world. With this aim, the current methods of teaching and promotion of the Holy Quran does not have the necessary efficiency.

It is worth mentioning that this work has been published in 200 copies and has been provided to the Quran’s enthusiasts and researchers.
