(AhlulBayt News Agency) - The Islamic Studies Foundation of Russia has published a Russian translation of a book titled “Language of Quran” in Moscow.
Iran's Sadra Publication Institute has cooperated in the translation and publication of the Quranic work.
The book is a Russian translation of "An Introduction to the Cultural and Art Potentials of Quran” by Abulfazl Khoshmanesh, Iranian author and researcher.
Ismail Gibadullin is the translator of the book and Alexander Nikiforov has edited the transaltion.
The institute has published more than 50 major works on Quranic issues including a complete collection of "Quran Interpretation in Russian” and "A Conceptual Translation of Quran.
Islam is the second most widely professed religion in Russia. Muslims make up some 15 percent of the country’s population of around 145 million.
