AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): The Director General of Cultural Services and Publications of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly stated, “The Assembly has a strong presence in the 29th International Quran Exhibition and has participated in this year’s exhibition with 177 books in seven languages.”
The 29th International Holy Quran Exhibition was inaugurated on Saturday, April 16, 2022, in the presence of Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf, Speaker of the Islamic Consultative Assembly, and Mohammad Mahdi Ismaili, Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance, in Imam Khomeini Great Prayer Hall in Tehran.
The AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly has also participated in this exhibition by presenting its recent publications with the aim of promoting Quranic culture and knowledge. In this regard, ABNA reporter interviewed the Director General of Cultural Services and Publications of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly.
At the beginning of this interview, Hojat al-Islam Sayed Mohammad Reza Al-Ayyub stated, “In order to introduce and publish the Quranic sciences and the teachings of the AhlulBayt (a.s.), as well as the emphasis of Ayatollah Ramazani, Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, that the Assembly should have an active and effective presence in domestic and international events, the Publications of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly has participated in the 29th International Holy Quran Exhibition.”
“The publications of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly have tried to actively participate in important cultural events. In its presence in domestic and foreign exhibitions, the assembly has left a brilliant record and has achieved remarkable success,” he added.
“One of the successes of the Assembly is attending domestic exhibitions that are held annually in Iran. The International Holy Quran Exhibition is held every year in Tehran, and this year, after a two-year hiatus, it is being held in person in the Great Prayer Hall of Tehran, which is a blessing,” added the Director General of Cultural Services and Publications of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, referring to the 29th International Holy Quran Exhibition.
“This exhibition is held with the aim of promoting Quranic knowledge and sciences to acquaint intellectuals, thinkers and thirsty people with Quranic knowledge and AhlulBayt (a.s.)” he added, considering the holding of the International Holy Quran Exhibition as one of the blessings and achievements of the Islamic Revolution of Iran.
Explaining the presence of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly in the Quran exhibition, Hojat al-Islam Al-Ayyub stated, “As in previous years, this year the Assembly has a strong presence in the 29th International Holy Quran Exhibition and has participated in this precious exhibition with 177 books in seven languages: Persian, Arabic, Turkish, English, French, Urdu and Azeri, which has been welcomed by the interested parties.”
“The AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly has so far been able to publish exquisite Qurans in Iran and Lebanon in several times in three sizes: medium octavo, crown octavo, and octodecimo (pocket size), and with fonts such as “Neirizi”, and present them to those who love the Quran, and to the servants of the Quran in different countries. So much so that today we are witnessing requests from inside the country and abroad for the Qurans published by the Assembly,” he continued.
In the end, about the location of the pavilion of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly in the exhibition, the Director General of Cultural Services and Publications of the Assembly said, “I invite those who are interested in the Quran and Quran researchers to visit the pavilion of the Assembly and get acquainted with the publications and works of the Assembly. The pavilion of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly in the Great Prayer Hall of Tehran is located in the publishers’ hall, the pavilion No. 41.”
It worth mentioning that the 29th International Quran Exhibition with the slogan “Quran, Book of Hope and Peace” welcomes enthusiasts of the Quran and Itrat for 14 days in the form of 45 committees and exhibition sections and hundreds of pavilions.
The International Quran Exhibition will be held until Friday, April 29, 2022, from 17:30 to 23:30, and this year, in addition to the face-to-face Quran exhibition, a virtual exhibition will also be held.
