AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): Muslims mark martyrdom anniversary of the sixth Shia Imam, Hazrat Ja’afar Sadiq (AS), in Razavi holy shrine.
A large congregation of mournful people and Razavi pilgrims formed a large gathering in Shohada Square concurrent with the 25th of Shawal/ 29th of June, the martyrdom anniversary of the sixth Shia Imam (AS).
Walking the way between Shohada Square and Razavi holy shrine, mournful people solaced the affliction to Imam Raza and enjoyed various programs of the day attending in Razavi complex’s Imam Khomeini (RA) Portico.
The ceremony was replete with verses and poems showing their love and affection toward the Imam (AS).
Among among other programs at the ceremony were religious lecture of Wali Faqih representative in Razavi Khorasan province on the lifestyle of Imam Sadiq (AS), eulogy ceremonies recited by Mohammad Golabgir and Saeed Ghane, and supplication recitation of al-Baqi Imams’ (AS).
