AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): Spokesman for the Yemeni Armed Forces Brigadier Yahya Sare'e said that the operation that targeted Abha airport dawn Monday by Qasef-2K combat drones bombed the landing runway successfully.
General Sare'e said today the airports of Abha, Jizan and Najran have become insecure airports and that they will be subjected to constant targeting as a result of the continued brutal aggression and unjust siege on the Yemeni People.
The spokesman repeated on his Facebook page his call to civilians and businesses to stay away from these airports.
He stressed that "the Yemeni response to the aggression will not be limited to these airports, but that our operations will reach sensitive targets in other places that are not expected by the Saudi aggression, which continues targeting civilians for over four years."
Yemeni Air Force carried out attack with drone, Qasef-2K, on Saudi Abha Airport in Aseer. Reports stated that the operation in Saudi Abha Airport targeted air traffic control, getting the airport out of service.
This operation came on about 24 hours after Yemeni Air Force had carried out attacks with drones, Qasef-2K, on both Saudi Abha and Jizan Airports.
