Photos: ISIS Releases ID Card for Residents of The Cities Under Occupation

ISIS Terrorist Takfiri Group has released an ID card for the residents of the city of Ar-Raqqah. It is said that the card has a chip which stores a lot of information about the holder. It is compulsory for everyone in the city to get the card and those who do not show the card to the authorities at demand will be fined 10,000 liras.
