In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful.

On this day, 17 February 2015, it is the fourth anniversary of the start of our popular movement in our country.
In this time, three years of peaceful struggle without interruption or stoppage, and this indicate to the most successful and the most important achievement of the path of our popular movement.
On this occasion, we congratulate our people, our brothers in other movements and youths and supporters of the movement, asking God Almighty the patience and victory on the enemies of religion and the nation.
On this anniversary, we recall of dozens of our brothers who have selflessly sacrificed themselves to preserve the duration of this movement.
Some of them earned the honor of martyrdom in the path of God, others detained and some of them are still chased by the Saudi terrorist security forces.
We would like today to call God for mercy of our martyrs of the second uprising and the martyrs of the 1979 uprising.
We would like to call God to release the prisoners and preserve our chased brothers and their families.
On this occasion, we like to mention some things:
First: Our movement is peaceful unless we face no attack from the regime. The duration of our peaceful resistance is a right guaranteed by Islamic Shari’a and international laws.
Second: If our movement lost dozens of field leaders, cadres and youths killing on the hands of the Saudi terrorist forces, this will never deter us from continuing our struggle.
Third: The most important slogans of our movement since its beginning is ”the release of the detainees, the forgotten detainees, the Shi’a clerics who are still in Saudi prisons, especially Shaikh Nimr Baqer al-Nemr “Allah will release of upon them”.
Fourth: Our movement is a legal and lawful resistance and has variety of methods of resistance and activities, including field resistance, human rights activities, social activities, media activities, and defense resistance if needed.
We hope from our brothers in all of these blessed groups is the integration and corporation with each other.
Our country and society need all of these activities, example and fully our brothers in Lebanon, Iraq, Bahrain and Yemen.
Fifth: Our society as other societies, goes on periods of spirit and vitality, and periods of inaction and apathy, but that does not let us disappointed because of the terrorist campaigns by the Saudi regime and its repressive bodies.
The flame of the popular movement should not be extinguished, because it is the guarantee and duration of the peaceful resistance of our people and expansion to rest country areas.
Sixth: The duration of our movement for four years despite the regime’s brutal repression and terrorist campaigns, and the media war, is a big victory and success, and a good example that our movement is capable to achieve its goals.
We will continue our peaceful struggle till we have full rights and religious and political freedoms.
Seventh: We depend on God Almighty, ourselves and our confident people who support us although the severe circumstances which may prevent most of them to show their support, but one day they will show that support blessing of God Almighty.
Eighth: Many thanks and gratitude for everyone who support our movement all these years through the field participations and the political attitudes and media coverage especially the moral support to the Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Sayyid Ali Khamenei (long live) and other jurist clerics, the great religious scholars , and intellectuals.
Finally, In this fourth year , we and our people and youths, are more insistent to continue our struggle against the wrong policy of Saudi regime, and our slogan will be either victory or martyrdom.
