Hundreds of demonstrators turned out on the streets of Paris on Tuesday to call for lifting the Israeli siege on Gaza as part of the activities organized by the European Campaign to End the Siege on Gaza.
Many French activists along with large numbers of Arab and Muslim communities crowded the famous square “Place Du Chatelet”, in Paris city center, calling for opening Rafah Border Crossing, reconstructing and lifting the siege on Gaza, and building Gaza harbor.
The European Campaign to End the Siege on Gaza declared one week ago the launch of activities in the European continent in solidarity with Gaza on the occasion of the sixth anniversary of the Israeli aggression on Gaza in late 2008.
