The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) blew up the houses of Amer Abu Aysha and Marwan al-Qawasmi, both wanted for being reportedly involved in the abduction of three Israeli soldiers, claimed to have been found out dead by the IOF on Monday.
According to eye-witnesses, large Israeli military forces cordoned off the homes in al-Khalil at dawn Tuesday and detonated a barrage of explosives planted earlier in the raid, after having forced the native inhabitants out.
The homes were set ablaze following the blast. A Palestinian newborn baby, 50 days-old, sustained blast injuries while another Palestinian youth was shot by the IOF in the clashes that broke out in the area, medical sources reported.
Abu Aysha’s wife, Abrar, said the IOF broke into the homes and blew them up without prior warning.
By-standers at the scene reported having witnessed with their own eyes a horde of Israeli extremist settlers run over the Palestinian youngster Nouh Idris in the Old City, in al-Khalil, before kidnapping him.
A state of unparalleled panic overwhelmed the Palestinian unarmed natives, particularly women and children, who have been driven out of their own and only homes.
Medical sources added that the IOF denied ambulances access into the area for urgent treatments.
In an earlier incident Monday evening, Israeli media sources said the IOF found the bodies of the three Israeli soldiers who disappeared near al-Khalil 19 days ago.
The bodies were found in Arnaba area, west of Halhoul town in al-Khalil, after which IOF soldiers cordoned off the entire area and declared it a closed military zone since Monday evening, using the alleged “kidnap affair” as a pretext to block Palestinians’ movement throughout.
Cities of the Occupied West Bank have been blocked off since June 11 by thousands of Israeli occupation soldiers, estimated at 15 thousands, who raked through Palestinian homes and reduced much of their properties to rubble all the way through their search campaign. Around 2200 Palestinian targets have been attacked by the IOF in the process.
