The recent lawful decision of the Islamic Supreme Religious Authority His Eminence, Grand Ayatullah, sayed. Ali El-Sayestani, which implies Jihad (Sufficient struggle against terrorists), made a radical change in the scales of the status quo of Iraq.
Evidently, news agencies mentioned that more than 3,000,000 volunteers were enlisted, and the number is constantly increasing.
The lawful decision on fighting the terrorists is a message, which not only encouraged the Iraqi army but appalled all the terrorists psychologically and resulted to expelling them from the areas they occupied. And that obviously assisted the Iraqi security forces in re-taking control of those areas and restoring security to their people.
