(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - New bombings hit Baghdad on Tuesday by two car bombs raising the number of attacks in the Iraqi capital to six since morning, an official security source said.
“Two car bombs exploded this morning, as the first occurred in Zafaraniyah area southeast of Baghdad, while the second exploded in Talbiya area eastern Baghdad,” said the source.
Seven citizens were killed and injured in Za'afraniyah area of southeastern Baghdad.
A security source stated that "A car bomb exploded in Ma'ahad Street resulted in injuring seven citizens as in the primary statistics."
"The security force transferred the injuries to the nearby hospital for treatment," the source concluded.
A source said earlier that “Four blasts hit Baghdad in Kamaliya (east), Kadhimiya (north), Shula (north) and Sedea (south) areas”.
