Head of the World Forum of proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought, Ayatollah Mohsen Araki in a visit with the Professor of Arab and Islamic Studies, at the University of Melbourne underscored the importance of providing an amicable condition for more cooperation among Muslims of the two nations of Australia and Iran.
The grand Ayatollah in visit on Tuesday Sep 4, warmly welcomed the Australian religious savant, Abdullah Saeed, Professor of Arab and Islamic Studies and spotlighted the commonalities and similarities among Muslims nations.
" We literally hope that such kind of meeting sets the ground for the future and paves the way for taking impressive steps in the unity arena," said Ayatollah Araki.
" Islamic Ummah and nations are in the same page and see eye to eye with each other in different realms, following the same goals and aims," said the Islamic Scholar stating that such commonalities provide the ground for them to take the cognizance of the standing problems in the Islamic world and let them step up and make a move to obviating them.
The senior cleric underscored that the problems in the realm of unity and rapprochement are caused and derived by the arrogant powers such as the USA and and their melignant aims and machinations.
Head of the World Forum for proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought pointed to the Palestine crisis and said such crisis, after elapsing years has not be solved and such case, which of its nature, can corroborate the aforementioned fact and make Muslims more cognizant of the arrogant policies.
Head of the World Forum for proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought underlined that the standing tensions and challenges Muslims face such as violence, massacre and terrorism, obviously enough, can be solved by cooperation and raproachment.
"We presume that via such cooperation among Muslim community, we can reach peace and come up with a common hypothesis," said the senior cleric.
Ayatollah Araki pointed out there exist two impressive attempts in the arena realm and pointed out gathering religious groups, elites and savants and also improving social and religious activities can be, adequately obvious, impressive in the aforementioned areas.
"Muslims should be cognizant of this fact that the standing similarities among Muslims are more than their differences," underlined the grand Ayatollah.
The senior cleric named some of the activities of the Islamic Unity Organization such as doing researches in various areas and holding educational courses in and outside of the country.
Ayatollah Mohsen Araki apprised the scholars of this fact that the World Forum for proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought is ready to step up and collaborate in the various realms with Australian organizations.
Head of the World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought also pointed to the unity activities of the World Forum in Australia and wished more progress happen in the foresaid line.
