(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - Upon his arrival in Tehran, Bin Alawi told reporters he is optimistic that, at the end, some appropriate measures take place in direction of serving international society and establishing stability in all countries and the movement can play an important role in world management.
Concerning the importance of holding the meeting in Tehran, Bin Alawi said that the meeting will create a suitable situation for establishing friendship among member states of NAM.
He added that Omani Parliament Speaker, who arrives in Tehran on Wednesday, will attend the summit meeting on behalf of Omani sultan.

The 16th summit of NAM member states will be held in the Iranian capital from August 26 to 31.
NAM
is an international organization with 120 member states that is not
formally aligned with or against any major power bloc. Nearly two-thirds
of the countries of the United Nations are also NAM members.
NAM is the biggest international organization after the United Nations General Assembly.
