(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - The 6th edition of “Imam Khomeini (RA) and International Policy” Congress under the title of “Islamic Awakening and Imam Khomeini’s (RA) Movement” is to be held in coming June in Tehran.

As announced by the Iranian Foreign Ministry’s website, “World Muslims have recently become much aware of the value of Islam after years passing in ignorance and they are hoped to recognize Islam as it truly is; for in that case, they will cut off their ties with western and eastern powers and sacrifice their lives for the implementation of Islamic rules.”

“The current uprisings in the Arab countries have brought about fundamental changes in the Middle East Region. Imam Khomeini (RA) had wisely predicted the occurrence of Islamic Awakening and restoration of Muslims’ Islamic identity. He made lots of significant suggestions as to modifying of the existing international ties in the realm of politics, economy, culture, as well as relationships between States and nations.”
