Under Saudi pressure, the Kuwaiti government summoned its ambassador in Bhutan Namir Kazem Al-Quraini on the background of his comments refusing the intervention of the “Peninsula Shield” forces in the affairs of Bahrain and its suppression of recent people’s protests...

(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - Media agencies said that the Kuwaiti Royal Court issued a decree to transfer the Kuwaiti Ambassador in Bhutan Namir Kazem Al-Quraini to the administration of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, who had called earlier to the exit of the “Peninsula Shield” forces from of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kuwait Khaled Al-JarAllah told the Saudi "Al-Riyadh" newspaper that ambassador Al-Quraini was summoned after his statement for investigation, and on the context of his statements about the “Peninsula Shield” forces.

On the position of the Kuwaiti government from the joining of the kingdom of Morocco and Jordan to the GCC system JaraAllah said there is no position, but we want to examine the idea of joining adequately, and thus each State submits its vision on this aspect, but of course there will be distinguished participation in the in vital areas between the GCC on one hand and the Kingdom of Morocco and Jordan on the other.

For their part, some deputies launched an attack on the nation and the State Department arguing that the re-assignment of ambassador Al-Quraini to the ministry court is not enough. On his own behalf, the “congressman” Dr. Jamaan Al-Herbish that the transfer of the Kuwaiti ambassador Namir Al-Quraini in Bhutan to the ministry general administration is not enough, and does not commensurate the size of the offense and its issuance a few hours before the interrogation puts question marks on its aim.

The “congressman” Mubarak Al-Wallan said that the transfer step of ambassador of Bhutan to the Board of the Ministry is not enough, for what he has done through his individual opinion and the cacophony of the official position of the state and the call for the exit “Peninsula Shield” forces from Bahrain is considered damaging to our Gulf relationship and he must be punished to deliver the message to our brothers in the Gulf and Bahrain of our solidarity with them and our cautions in regards to relations with the Gulf.

It was Kuwait's ambassador in Bhutan who had launched a Facebook page to mobilize groups and acquaintances on social networks to put pressure on the Bahraini government.
