Dirar Abu Sisi, 42, went missing in February.
He resurfaced days later in an Israeli prison and was charged with building rockets and training fighters for the militant group Hamas. He denies the charges.
Abu Sisi's Ukrainian wife said Thursday she has filed a lawsuit against the Interior Ministry, the Prosecutor General's Office and other law enforcement agencies in a Kiev court.
She is demanding that the authorities investigate how Abu Sisi was captured and urge Zionist regime to release her husband and send him back to Ukraine.
