Mallam Muhammad Auwal, popularly known as Mallam Bala, was the representative of Members of the Islamic Movement in Nguru town, Yobe state.
Sheikh Muhammad Turi led the funeral prayer for the deceased in his hometown, Nguru on Tuesday the 5th of April attended by several hundreds of people from Nguru and neighboring towns. Also in attendance at the funeral prayer were people from Kano, Katsina, Borno, Gombe, Jigawa, Kano and Kaduna.
