Hamas said that the Zionist settlers' construction of a new settlement outpost south of Bethlehem on Sunday was an example of the intensification of settlement drive on Palestinian land.

GAZA (AhlulBayt News Agency) - Hamas said that the Zionist settlers' construction of a new settlement outpost south of Bethlehem on Sunday was an example of the intensification of settlement drive on Palestinian land.

Dr. Sami Abu Zuhri, a Hamas spokesman, told the PIC on Sunday that the settlement expansion was clear evidence on the seriousness of continuing negotiations.

He said that retaliating to such crimes should be announcing a final end to negotiations and not to suspend them or linking them to the American position.

Suspending negotiations for two months in order to return to negotiations is more serious that what is happening now, Abu Zuhri said, explaining that the settlement process after the two months period would resume with a blessing.
