AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): Hojat al-Islam Mohseni Ejei, speaking to a number of members of the Supreme Council of the Judiciary and some heads of provincial justice departments, referring to the very important matter of consolidating people's security, stated, "One of the manifestations of our service to the people in the judiciary is adopting as many measures and arrangements as possible to consolidate their security. In this arena, it is necessary to deal decisively and deterrently, in accordance with the law and within the framework of justice, with elements who have cooperated or collaborated in any way with the aggressor enemy. Under no circumstances should the action of an individual in collaborating with the aggressor enemy be underestimated. The law has clarified the duty of a person who has sent information to the enemy. There should be no leniency or forbearance in this matter whatsoever."
He described the law "On Intensifying Punishment for Espionage and Cooperation with the Zionist Regime and Hostile Countries Against National Security and Interests" as a favorable capacity and noted, "The law known as the intensification of punishment for espionage has clearly defined the duty of elements who cooperate and collaborate with the hostile enemy, specifically the Zionist enemy, and this law is free of ambiguity in its various sections and provisions. Whether where the order for confiscation of property must be issued or where the law prescribes capital punishment or other penalties, there is no ambiguity whatsoever."
Ejei further stated, "I extend my utmost gratitude to all judicial officials and staff who, during the recent imposed war, did not leave their workplaces even under enemy bombardment and worked and struggled around the clock, and I emphasize the continuation of judicial and legal services to the people."
In another part of his remarks at this meeting, while explaining the components that led to the victory of Islamic Iran over the enemy, he stated, "The third imposed war was, in a sense, a confrontation between Islamic civilization and the decadent and hollow Western civilization, a civilization represented by a debauched and corrupt individual named Trump, and it is noteworthy that Western authorities and sources themselves confirm the depravity and corruption of this individual. In any case, the victory of Islamic Iran over the United States and the Zionist regime in this imposed war is considered a triumph and victory of Islamic civilization over the decadent and hollow Western civilization."
