QUETTA, Pakistan -- Unknown armed men kidnapped eminent Shia trader Haji Ahmed Ali from Art School in Quetta on Sunday.
According to police Haji Ahmed, the owner of Ahmed Store, was on his way to his shop from home in a vehicle on Sunday morning when unknown armed men intercepted and kidnapped him at gunpoint.
Police say Haji Ahmed was alone in his vehicle when he was forcibly taken along by the kidnappers. The incident seems to be a kidnapping for ransom case which is quite common in Quetta city these days.
Police have registered a case and started searching for the accused.
