AhlulBayt News Agency: A special Quranic program welcoming the month of Ramadan is planned to be produced by Egyptian media activist Amr Al-Laithi.
Amr Al-Laithi, an Egyptian presenter, will be the host of the program, which will be broadcast live from the Imam Hussein (AS) Mosque in Cairo.
The program will be conducted in the presence of a group of prominent sheikhs, Quran reciters, and Ibtihal (religious supplication) reciters in a unique and spiritual atmosphere.
The special program will include interviews with a number of qaris who perform Taraweeh prayers (one of the recommended acts of Sunni Muslims during Ramadan) at the mosque during the nights of Ramadan, as well as religious sections on the virtues of the holy month, spiritual preparation strategies for it, and benefiting from the blessings of fasting.
The program’s production goals include performing Quranic recitations and supplications by famous Ibtihal reciters and providing a special spiritual atmosphere that reflects the spiritual dimensions of Ramadan.
The program is scheduled to air on the Egyptian satellite network Al-Hayat as part of its Ramadan programs.
