Extremist Jewish Settlers Attack and Vandalize Al-Tahadi School in Jordan Valley

Extremist settlers stormed and vandalized Al-Tahadi School in Khirbet Ibziq, destroying property and bulldozing the access road. Educational officials reported theft of materials and damage to essential infrastructure, marking the second attack on the school.

AhlulBayt News Agency: A group of extremist Jewish settlers stormed Al-Tahadi School in the hamlet of Khirbet Ibziq, north of Tubas in the northern Jordan Valley, on Wednesday, vandalizing and ransacking the facility.

The settlers caused extensive damage to the school’s contents and bulldozed the road leading to it in an attempt to prevent students and staff from accessing the building.

Azmi Balawneh, the director of education in Tubas, stated that the settlers stole educational materials, damaged the school’s water, electricity, and internet networks, and blocked the access road with stones and dug-out holes.

Balawneh added that this was the second attack carried out by settlers against the school.

Palestinians in the northern Jordan Valley have endured months of an unprecedented Israeli campaign aimed at undermining their presence in the area and depriving them of their natural right to live on their land.
