AhlulBayt News Agency: Hujjat-ul-Islam Syed Hamid al-Hasan, Dean of Jamia Nazimiyya, Lucknow, has declared his full support for the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, His Eminence Ayatollah Syed Ali Khamenei.
He stated that the Leader of the Revolution is the true standard-bearer of Islam, truth, and the Muslim Ummah, and that his leadership is a shining example of religious insight, sincerity, and fearlessness.
He said that the leadership of the Supreme Leader reflects profound religious wisdom, unwavering sincerity, and courage, and stands as a source of guidance for the Muslim world.
Reciting the opening verses of Surah al-Nasr from the Holy Quran, Syed Hamid al-Hasan stated that the Quran always promises divine support for those who stand with the truth and humiliation and disgrace for the opponents of falsehood. History bears witness that this principle has remained consistent in every era. He added that conspiracies against the truth are not new; rather, they have continued for centuries.
He further said that the commemoration of Imam Hussain (A.S) has always served as a criterion for distinguishing between truth and falsehood, and that throughout history, lovers of truth have made correct decisions by drawing inspiration from this very school of thought. Referring to Imam Khomeini, he said that it was on the foundation of this Imam Hussain (A.S) ideology that Imam Khomeini awakened the Iranian nation, brought an end to the monarchical system, and elevated Islam.
Sharing his personal experiences, he said that he had the honor of a lengthy meeting with the Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Syed Ali Khamenei, in Delhi, during which he found him to be a person of a pure heart, truthful speech, fearless character, and someone who places the interests of Islam above all else.
He added that subsequent meetings with the Supreme Leader at international conferences and on various occasions continued to reflect the same sincerity, affection, and religious commitment.
He made it clear that he and his associates fully support every step taken by the Supreme Leader for the elevation of Islam. He stated that scholars from India to Iran and Iraq stand together in a single front, united by one purpose; the support of truth.
Hujjat-ul-Islam Syed Hamid al-Hasan said that those who oppose the Leader of the Revolution are, in reality, opponents of the truth. Such individuals have been disgraced in every era, and humiliation will remain their destiny in the future as well.
In conclusion, reaffirming his unwavering support for the Supreme Leader, he said: “We were with the Leader of the Revolution, we are with him, and God willing, we will always remain with him.”
