AhlulBayt News Agency: Following increased U.S. military movements and heightened Israeli threats in the region, a wave of supportive and warning statements from Islamic countries in defense of the Islamic Republic of Iran has emerged.
Saudi Arabia’s Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, in a phone call with Masoud Pezeshkian, President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, stated that Riyadh considers any threat or tension against Iran unacceptable and is ready to cooperate with Iran and regional countries for lasting peace.
Bin Salman said that Saudi Arabia will not allow its territory or airspace to be used for any military action against the Islamic Republic of Iran. He also emphasized Saudi support for any efforts to resolve disputes through dialogue to strengthen regional security and stability.
In the same call, Masoud Pezeshkian, while expressing gratitude for the support of Islamic countries, stressed that negotiations are acceptable only within the framework of international law and with the preservation of Iran’s national rights.
