After Friday prayers today, a grand and organized protest march was held from the Central Imam Bada in Budgam, where thousands of believers gathered to express unwavering solidarity with the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Iranian people, and the Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Sayyid Ali Khamenei. The protesters strongly condemned the systematic efforts to instigate unrest in Iran, and raised their voices against the interference of the U.S. and Israel, calling it a serious threat to peace in the region and the Muslim world.
In his speech at the protest rally, the President of Jammu and Kashmir Anjuman Shari Shian, Hujjatul Islam Syed Hassan al-Musawi al-Safavi, explicitly and powerfully exposed the conspiracies of the U.S. and Israel aimed at destabilizing Iran’s sovereignty, stability, and internal peace. He stated that previous attempts to weaken Iran through economic pressure, media warfare, and provocative tactics had failed and would continue to fail in the face of the Iranian nation's determination, awareness, and resilience.
Syed Safavi congratulated the Iranian people for their trust, loyalty, and unwavering support for Supreme Leader Ayatollah Sayyid Ali Khamenei, calling it a clear manifestation of the Iranian nation's political insight, religious consciousness, and resistance against imperialist forces. He emphasized that the Iranian people had once again proven that they are a dignified nation, unwilling to bend in the face of external pressure, negative propaganda, or conspiratorial tactics.
On this occasion, the President of Anjuman clarified that the recent unrest and tension had been brought under control, and the situation was now completely peaceful with tranquility restored. He urged all social classes to demonstrate patience, wisdom, and responsible behavior. He also appealed to media outlets to ensure responsible reporting, avoid rumors and inflammatory rhetoric, and present the facts honestly to the public.
He further added that the voices raised in Budgam today are the collective conscience of the entire Muslim Ummah and are sending a clear message that the dominance, conspiracies, and interference of anti-Islamic forces will not be accepted under any circumstances. He held the U.S. and Israel primarily responsible for the instability in the region and the Muslim world, calling on the international community to seriously address these aggressive policies and double standards.
The protest remained completely peaceful, and at its conclusion, slogans of solidarity with Iran, hatred for imperialist forces, and support for oppressed nations were raised, while the participants reiterated their firm stance against any form of foreign interference in Iran's sovereignty and internal matters.
