AhlulBayt News Agency: On Monday morning, a young Palestinian man was injured after a speeding settler struck him while he was walking along a road in Salfit, located in the occupied West Bank.
Local reports identified the victim as Rajai ad-Dik, who was hit near the illegal Barkan settlement. The vehicle, allegedly driven by a Jewish settler, caused injuries as it sped through the area.
Rajai was transported to Martyr Yasser Arafat Hospital in Salfit, where medical staff described his condition as stable.
In a separate incident at dawn, extremist settlers launched an attack on Shallal al-Auja village in northern Jericho.
The al-Baidar Organization for the Defense of Bedouin Rights reported that settlers raided the village and assaulted residents and damaged property.
Hasan Malihat, the organization’s general coordinator, condemned the attack, labeling it part of Israel’s broader efforts to forcibly remove Bedouin villagers through systematic harassment, with the backing of state institutions.
