AhlulBayt News Agency: Hospitals in the Gaza Strip received the bodies of 57 civilians who were killed in fresh Israeli attacks over the past 24 hours. Additionally, the remains of eight individuals who had been reported missing in previous strikes were recovered.
According to Gaza’s health ministry on Sunday, 315 people were injured following Israeli attacks in recent hours.
Since March 18, 2025, when the Israeli occupation army resumed its military campaign in Gaza, a total of 5,071 people have been killed and 16,700 others injured.
The latest fatalities have raised the overall death toll from Israel’s war on Gaza, which began on October 7, 2023, to 55,362, according to the health ministry.
The ministry also reported that the total number of wounded has surged to 128,741.
At least 26 civilians seeking aid were killed today, and more than 117 others were injured by Israeli gunfire. This brings the total number of people killed at US-Israeli aid distribution centers since last May to 300, with 2,649 others injured.
Meanwhile, efforts continue to recover the bodies of additional victims who remain missing across different areas of the Gaza Strip.
