A senior Iranian cleric has stressed the capabilities of Hajj congregation to bring world Muslims closer and boost the unity and fraternal relations across the world of Islam.

Akhoond Galdi Kamali, the manager of Khademiyah School in Northern Khorasan Province, emphasized necessity of Islamic solidarity hailing the Islamic lunar month of Dhu al-Hijjah as a time for strengthening relations among Muslims.
 
He said,” Pursuing the axes of unity foils various divisive plots against Muslims” and added,” With some unifying measures carried out by Muslims during Hajj rituals, the solidarity in the world of Islam reaches its peak.”
 
The Iranian Sunni cleric noted the importance of almsgiving and visiting relatives as ways, for those Muslims who do not attend Hajj pilgrimage, to strengthen the Muslim community and settle the disagreements during Dhu al-Hijjah.
 
Akhoond Kamali noted that the final objective behind rituals in Dhu al-Hijjah and other Islamic occasions is bringing the hearts of Muslims closer and overcoming the likely dispersion or division in some communities.
 
The Iranian scholar reiterated that Muslims could hold congregation prayers and other common rituals as part of efforts that will boost unity across Islamic nation and bring victory for the world of Islam.
 
The manager of Khademiyah Sunni scholar made the remarks ahead of the Dhu al-Hijjah when Muslims from across the globe convene in the holy city of Mecca to perform Hajj rituals.
