Iraqi fighter jets killed on Monday in Mosul the ISIS commander who was in charge of training children on military operations.

(AhlulBayt News Agency) - Iraqi fighter jets killed on Monday in Mosul the ISIS commander who was in charge of training children on military operations.

A local security source from Mosul told the Iraqi news outlets on September 5th, that the IS commander, Abu Harith al-Iraqi, was killed in central Mosul in an airstrike by an Iraqi aircraft.

Al-Iraqi was reportedly responsible for training children aged 13-14 and preparing them for military operations and suicidal attacks as well.

Local sources from inside Mosul confirmed that IS has been widely recruiting underage residents of the city to send them to military trainings and use them in terrorist attacks as well as armed conflicts.

Quoting the Kurdish security forces in Kirkuk, Asharq al-Awsat reported earlier that around 1,650 teenagers, their ages ranging between 6 and 17, were currently trained in the IS military camps.
