Two villages in northern Aleppo captured by ISIS militants

AhlulBayt News Agency - The so-called Islamic State (ISIS) captured two villages in the northern Aleppo countryside on Friday after clashing with the extremist rebels of Free Syrian Army (FSA), Jabhat Al-Shamiya, and Harakat Ahrar Al-Sham.

ISIS reportedly imposed full control over the villages of Kafr Ghan and Buraghidah near the Turkish border-crossing after launching a powerful counter-assault against the extremist rebels.

The terrorist group is still pressing towards the rebel strongholds of Mar’e and ‘Azaz in northern Aleppo; however, they are running short on time because the predominately Kurdish “People’s Protection Units” (YPG) are within striking distance of these cities.
