AhlulBayt News Agency: Iraq’s Furqan Radio has announced plans to record a complete educational recitation of the Quran, featuring the voice of renowned Iraqi reciter Rafi al-Amiri.

Al-Amiri, who serves as the head of the National Center for Quranic Sciences under Iraq’s Shia Endowment Office, recently met with Abdulrahim Mohsen, the director of Furqan Radio, to discuss expanding collaboration between their institutions.

During their meeting, both officials explored opportunities to strengthen joint efforts in promoting Quranic awareness. Discussions also covered strategies for organizing public Quranic events and enhancing Quranic programming.

As a result of the agreement, Furqan Radio has officially launched the recording of the full Quran with an educational emphasis. This project is led by al-Amiri and supported by a skilled Iraqi reciter, ensuring high-quality delivery.

Additionally, al-Amiri has approved the future recording of another complete Quran recitation by Iraqi reciter Sabah al-Sarayi, which will be produced at Furqan Radio’s studio.

Mohsen expressed gratitude for the Quranic initiatives spearheaded by the National Center for Quranic Sciences. He emphasized that partnerships like these are essential for advancing Quranic education and improving Islamic services across Iraq.

Furqan Radio, a well-established religious broadcaster in Iraq, is widely recognized for producing Quranic and Islamic content. This latest project aims to make structured, high-quality Quranic recitations more accessible to listeners throughout the country.
