The General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque announced the accomplishment on Saturday, emphasizing its success as a result of integrated efforts between government agencies and the utilization of advanced technology to create a calm and sacred environment for religious rituals.
Innovative initiatives included the development of the Nusuk and Tawakkalna pre-booking systems, extensive collaboration with security, health, and service institutions, and the deployment of trained personnel to ensure smooth visitor flow and adherence to strict safety and quality standards.
Artificial intelligence was leveraged to monitor crowd movements and optimize entry times, while multilingual signage and tailored support services were provided to accommodate elderly individuals and worshippers with disabilities, ensuring a secure and inclusive experience.
