Ahlulbayt News Agency: A glider flew over the holy city of Karbala, carrying the banner of the fifth Central graduation ceremony for Iraqi university students.
The graduation ceremony of students of Iraqi universities (the fifth batch on the guidance of the moon), the division of university and school relations of the Department of Public Relations at the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, is held within the national Al-Kafeel youth project, with the participation of about 5 thousand students representing 64 universities from different governorates of Iraq.
The official of the Division, Mr. Maher Khalid, said that"this paragraph is recently added to the activities of the central ceremony, where the international glider pilot Hussein Ali al-Shihani flew in the plane, carrying the logo of the ceremony and roses to spread to the graduating students".
The glider added a festive dimension, flying over the shrines of Imam al-Hussayn and his brother Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas(peace be upon them), in a distinctive symbolic scene reflecting the spirit of pride and celebration of the achievements of Iraqi students.
This event comes within the framework of the holy shrine's interest in giving a creative character to graduation events, in addition to honoring the scientific and academic efforts of students who have successfully completed their university career.
Through this ceremony, the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine aims to celebrate graduates, provide a distinguished model for graduation ceremonies befitting university students, and Crown and conclude their academic career at the holy shrines.
