AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): Dozens of extremist Jewish settlers defiled on Monday morning the holy Al-Aqsa Mosque from the Maghareba Gate under Israeli police protection.
The Islamic Endowments Department in Occupied al-Quds (Jerusalem) stated in a press statement that 47 settlers broke into the Al-Aqsa Mosque, and roamed in its courtyards.
It added that Jewish guides provided explanations about the alleged Temple during the incursion and some settlers performed Talmudic rituals in the al-Rahma Gate area.
The occupation police continued to impose restrictions on the worshipers coming to the Al-Aqsa Mosque and seized their ID cards at its gates.
Israeli police deported the Jerusalemite Nizam Abu Ramuz from the Al-Aqsa Mosque for a week after he was arrested on Sunday at the al-Rahma Gate.
On Sunday, Al-Aqsa Mosque witnessed a noticeable presence of worshipers from al-Quds (Jerusalem) and the 1948 occupied Palestinian lands after the Israeli occupation authorities had closed it for 42 days under the pretext of combatting the spread of the corona pandemic.
