AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): Monday, November 28, is the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People. The Palestinian cause has always been the top priority for Muslim nations.
Although the Israeli regime has tried to tilt the public perception in its favor, Muslim nations across the world have overwhelmingly supported Palestinians and their struggle, even if their rulers have refused to line themselves with the demand of their populace.
The annual observance was established in UN General Assembly Resolution 32/40 B on December 2, 1977, to start in 1978.
The same resolution proposed the creation of the study “The Origins and Evolution of the Palestine Problem”, a study prepared by the United Nations Division for Palestinian Rights.
