AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): Nigerian security forces open fire on hundreds of people during Arbaeen match in Abuja the federal capital on Tuesday the 28th of September 2021.
Scores were feared killed however, the number of those confirmed martryed at the time of this report are Eight while several others are injured. Many Mourners were arrested majority of them women; the number which cannot be ascertained.
Earlier on, the mathes started in gwarimpa road along Albuja - Kaduna express way. The mourners were matching peacefully carrying flags and posters, when the soldiers stratigcially placed along the road opened fire them.
After they killed 8 peolple, many were arrested and the females were merilcessly beaten by the soldiers before taken away to unknown locations.
Arbaeen peaceful symbolic treks are being held annually across cities and towns in Nigeria by Followers of Sheikh Zakzaky.
This year the trek started three days ago in places like Jos road, Kano and other places.
