AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): The staff of the "Luggage Storage" Division of the Service Affairs Department at the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine increased their efforts to serve the visitors of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him) during the Ziyarat Arba'een, creating new outlets in the vicinity of the Courtyard of the Holy Shrine.

The division official, Yaseen Hashem, said: "As everyone knows, our work is focused on preserving the luggage and bags of visitors, as we have created new outlets in the vicinity of the Holy Sanctuary, and this was not present in previous Ziyarat, as the centers for storing luggage were located outside this perimeter. Also, a station was prepared to provide the disabled, the sick and the elderly with special wheelchairs, and a center to provide female visitors with the Islamic Abaya.”

He added, "We have brought in a number of experienced volunteers in this regard, who have worked with us on various occasions, in order to ensure that we provide the best service."

Hashem continued: "In our work, we strive for accuracy and high organization in terms of receiving, delivering and distributing numbers, and we follow all preventive health measures in order to preserve the safety of visitors, employees and volunteers alike."

He explained, "In the coming days, we will open other centers to keep visitors' luggage and belongings that can accommodate tens of thousands of bags, in addition to the lockers scattered around the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine throughout the year."

He stressed, "Our staff will work alongside the volunteers around the clock, with three morning, evening and night shifts during the season of Ziyarat Arba'een."

It is noteworthy that the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine pays great attention to good organization during major Ziyarats, in order to provide visitors with comfort and ease in the performance of their Ziyarat rituals.
