Dozens of extremist Jewish settlers defile Aqsa Mosque under police guard

Hordes of Jewish settlers desecrated the Aqsa Mosque in Occupied al-Quds (Jerusalem) under tight police protection on Monday morning.

AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): Hordes of Jewish settlers desecrated the Aqsa Mosque in Occupied al-Quds (Jerusalem) under tight police protection on Monday morning.

According to local sources, 73 settlers entered the Mosque in different groups through its Maghariba Gate and toured its courtyards.

During their tours at the Islamic holy site, the settlers received lectures from rabbis about the alleged temple mount and a number of them provocatively performed Talmudic prayers.

Meanwhile, the Israeli occupation police imposed movement restrictions on Muslim worshipers at the Aqsa Mosque’s entrances and gates on the third day of the holy month of Ramadan.

Local sources also said that a number of extremist rabbis and settlers from Jewish institutes held a preparatory tour of the Aqsa Mosque’s courtyards in the morning to prepare for massive settler desecration of the Islamic holy site during the upcoming Jewish Passover holiday, which starts on April 15 and ends on April 23.

Those rabbis and settlers toured the Mosque’s courtyards while discussing the Talmudic rituals which settlers would perform at the holy site and how they would walk around in groups.

The Aqsa Mosque is exposed to daily desecration by Jewish settlers and police forces in the morning and the afternoon except on Fridays and Saturdays.
