Yemeni Air forces down US-made spy drone in Dhammar

AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): Air Defenses of the Yemeni Army and Popular Committees on Tuesday evening downed a US-made drone, MQ-9, in Dhammar with an undisclosed missile.

The Armed Forces spokesman stated that the missile that downed the MQ-9 drone is locally developed and will be revealed soon in a press conference.

He also said that US-Saudi forces have to be careful when they enter Yemeni Airspaces and that the coming days will witness a big surprises.

Sare'e pointed that Yemeni Armed Forces are able to prevent a large number of the US-Saudi drones from entering Yemeni Airspaces.

A source in the Air Defenses stated that "Air Defenses were able to down a spy drone, MQ9, operated by the US-Saudi aggression, was fighting in the West Coast frontline."

It is worth mentioning that the Air Defenses shot down a US Spy drone MQ-9 in West Coast frontline on June, 6th.
