Yemeni Air Force launches fresh attacks on Jizan Airport

Air Force of the Yemeni Army and Popular Committees on Sunday carried out several offensive operations by Qasef-2K combat drones on Jizan International Airport, southern Saudi Arabia.

AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): Air Force of the Yemeni Army and Popular Committees on Sunday carried out several offensive operations by Qasef-2K combat drones on Jizan International Airport, southern Saudi Arabia.

Air Force source confirmed that the air attacks on Jizan airport targeted UAVs' hangars and stations used in the aggression on Yemen, adding that the targeting was carried out after careful intelligence monitoring.

The source pointed out that these attacks come after the aggression countries converted the airport to a military base to attack Yemen.

On May 26, the Air Force of the Yemeni Army and Popular Committees struck, by a Qasef-2K combat drone, hangars that contain Saudi warplanes at the same airport.

It has also targeted in three attack operations Najran Regional Airport, targeting arms depot, military aircraft hangars and Patriot missile system. The attacks hit the targets accurately.

In mid-May, the Yemeni Army and Committees launched drone raids on a major oil pipeline deep inside the Saudi kingdom in retaliation for the regime’s war crimes against Yemen, forcing state crude giant Aramco to temporarily stop pumping oil on the pipeline.

The Armed Forces spokesman has warned that those strikes were the start of operations against 300 vital targets in Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates as well as positions inside Yemen, where the foreign aggressors and their mercenaries hold bases.
