Certain media reports claimed that Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif and his Saudi Arabian counterpart Adel al-Jubeir had a harsh argument during the Rome MED Conference 2017 - Mediterranean Dialogues - in the Italian capital on December 1.
“This is completely untrue and a flagrant fabrication for special purposes, as the Iranian and Saudi foreign ministers’ addressed the Mediterranean Dialogues on two separate days,” Qasemi said.
