According to a report by al-Sumaria News, traffickers are now selling one passport for over $5,000 to the ISIS terrorists as the demand is on the rise.
Sources claim that the ISIS leaders in Tel Affar are ready to pay even more for the travelling document as the Iraqi government forces are expected to soon attack the city.
Tel Affar is considered a strategic city yet under the control of ISIS. Along with Hawija (some 45 kilometres southwest of Kirkuk), Tel Affar is now almost surrounded by the Iraqi forces.
Following the full liberation of Mosul earlier in July, Baghdad announced that its army will soon move onto Tel Affar and Hawija to dislodge the terrorists from their last strongholds on the territory of Iraq.
