Tourism assistance of Khorasan Razavi’s General Office of cultural Heritage and Tourism announced on the arrival of a train including tourists from the US, Europe, and Eastern Asia to the holy city of Mashhad.
Quoted from the public relations office of Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism Organization of Khorasan Razavi, Seyyed Javad Musavi said, “A train called Golden Eagle including tens of foreign tourists entered the holy city of Mashhad last year and its passengers enjoyed the cultural, historical, and religious attractions of Iran’s spiritual capital."
Saying that in less than 6 months another train boarding American, European, and Asian tourists is arriving the city in the future days, he added, “This train started its journey from Hungry on April 9th and the passengers arrived to Iran in two groups.”
He said, “This train will depart Tehran at 5: 00 p.m. on Tuesday April 14th and will arrive to Mashhad early on Wednesday April 15th.”
Saying that the Holy Shrine and its ancient places is one of their most important places to be visited by this group of tourists, Musavi added, “Visiting the Ferdowsi tomb is one of the anticipated programs for these tourists.”
He added, “After a one-day-long visit to Mashhad, these tourists will leave Iran’s spiritual capital for Tabas and will continue their travel toward Bafq and Yazd.”
