"
Sadr added in the claims, which came in the form of points, "the occupation forces must keep away from the ground and air intervention in the Iraqi military and security affairs and the other at all, the Iraqi government must account all those who committed crimes against unarmed civilians entitled as sectarian or others."
Sadr also called for, "hard work to return services and infrastructure destroyed by the US military arsenal and others, and the return of displaced people to their areas “.
"The announcement of (Tikrit) as a disaster area as a result of wars and supply it with food , medical aid and others .. The government announced that the Iraqi army liberated the areas and this should not be the beginning of marginalization and exclusion and forget effort of those honorable people and I mean the popular crowd."
